Hello, Hello, Hello from all of us at Sera Fina Cellars. Our first newsletter is finally off and running, sorry for the delay! With our Grand Opening March 6th, 2010; it has definitely been a fun and crazy six months. But very busy as well! It has been so nice to meet all of you and thank you for the support. It excites us to see new faces come through the door each weekend, but even better to see returning faces and people that are not only our guests, but now our friends and family. Thank you and hope you enjoy our first newsletter.

Clarks Corner Wine Time
Friday September 3rd we will be the featured wine at Clarks Corner in Ione. Please come join us for Wine Time from 6 to 8pm. Wine Tasting is $5.00 and they will also offer fruit, nut and cheese plates paired with our wine selection. Look forward to seeing you Friday night for a little wine time.
Release of 2008 Amador County Zinfandel
Come join us Saturday September 4th for the release of our 2008 Amador County Zinfandel. With Zin being Amador’s signature varietal; this vintage features rich blackberry and cherry flavors, delicate oak accents, smooth tannins and a satisfying finish. Pour with smoked or grilled meat, game and vegetables, hearty stews and meat sandwiches. We are very excited about this release and hope you are as well.
El Dorado Hills Firefighters’ Association
We will be pouring our wine at the September 11th El Dorado Hills Firefighters’ Associations 38th Annual Wine, Cheese and Brew Festival. Big Crush Weekend
Come join us for the Big Crush Weekend October 2nd and 3rd 10am to 5:30pm. We will have a live band “209 All Stars” along with tasty food and great wine, of course. Wine Club
“La Famiglia”
Our “La Famiglia” wine club list is growing as each weekend passes. We had our first shipment in July, which was our 2004 Zinfandel the “Wedding Wine” and our 2006 Syrah the “Elegant Cowboy” along with a yummy Red Wine, Steak and Tomato Pasta Recipe and our wine makers tasting notes. We currently have 42 club members and are planning to have a special member’s only dinner once we receive our first 50 members, so come on out and sign up if you haven’t already. Coming Soon
Vineyard
The beginning of our onsite vineyard is coming very soon. The ground breaking phase is right around the corner for the first four acres of our vineyard….yea! We will be planting Zinfandel and Barbera in the front four acres of the tasting room under and around the big oak tree. We are very excited and look forward to each phase. Hopefully you are able to come out and enjoy the process with us.
